CLASS 1

Your breath called—it wants to work smarter, not harder! In this 60-minute class, we’re diving into the how behind healthy, happy breathing. Think of it as a tune-up for your body’s most underrated superpower.

We'll break down the mechanics of functional breathing in a way that actually makes sense (and maybe even makes you laugh a little). From learning how to breathe with your belly, not your shoulders, to discovering how your posture, core, and even your nose play a role—you'll explore the biomechanics, biochemistry, and rhythm of breath in a fun, approachable way.

Expect light movement, playful breath drills, and guided practices to help you feel more connected, calm, and clear-headed. No stress, no pressure—just you, your breath, and some “a-ha” moments.

This class is perfect if you:

CLASS 2

In this 60-minute breathwork class, we’re diving into the biochemical side of functional breathing—where the magic of oxygen delivery, carbon dioxide tolerance, and nervous system balance all come into play. (Don’t worry, it’s not a science lecture—we make it fun, we promise!)

Learn:

  • Why carbon dioxide is not the villain it’s made out to be

  • How your breath chemistry affects energy, sleep, and stress

  • Practical techniques to improve your CO₂ tolerance and oxygen efficiency

Expect playful breath holds, gentle breath retraining, and guided practices that help your body remember how to breathe in a more calm, efficient, and powerful way.

CLASS 3

Using a continuous, rhythmic breath pattern, we bypass the thinking brain and tap into the subconscious, opening the door to profound release, insight, and expansion. Whether you're looking to let go of old patterns, access inner guidance, or simply feel more you, this breathwork journey is a powerful catalyst for change.

Experience:
