Nicole recently founded The Well, based here in Livermore. A whole-person coaching and community designed to support women's authentic connection, wellness and growth.
About Nicole:
“I founded The Well as an outcome of navigating my career and wellness. I was a leader in Tech for over 25 years. I really loved my job, but I found after 10 or so years that my love for helping people was really what I loved. What I mean is that, while navigating the tricky parts about things like performance reviews, and feedback, is that if you take out the “corporate” part of the job and approach them from the angle of helping other people, the job becomes more about helping others identify what they are excited about, what gives them energy, and helping them find fulfillment. The “difficult” conversations then become way more enjoyable for both people in the room, and you end up doing your best work together.”

9D BREATHWORK JOURNEY
In person group sessions
Sunday Feb 22 @ 3:00 PM
Sunday Mar 22 @ 3:00 PM
9D Breathwork is a powerful, immersive somatic experience that combines conscious connected breathing with multidimensional sound, guided visualization, and energetic awareness. This journey works directly with the nervous system to access and release stored stress, emotional patterns, and unresolved trauma held in the body and subconscious mind.
Through breath, sound, and intentional guidance, participants are supported in moving beyond the thinking mind into deeper states of awareness where true transformation occurs. Each session is designed to help reset the stress response, increase emotional resilience, and create space for clarity, insight, and reconnection to one’s authentic self.
This experience supports physical relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual integration, meeting each participant exactly where they are. The depth of the journey unfolds in alignment with the level you are ready to shift, allowing the body and nervous system to open, release, and integrate at a pace that feels safe and supportive, leaving many feeling grounded, expanded, and more connected to themselves. No prior breathwork experience is required.
Cost: $65

CEREMONY OF SOUND (upcoming)
UPCOMING
When we open ourselves to the transformative power of sound, we create space for healing, growth, and profound inner transformation.Class will open with a 30 minute deep stretch yoga session. We will focus on holding floor poses for an extended period of time to target and release the connective tissue known as fascia through out the body.
After this physical renewal, class will close with 30 minutes of sound healing. By allowing the frequencies to run through our entire body, we create a space that enables us to reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain by releasing any pent-up emotions that we may be holding within our bodies.$25 drop-in To ensure comfort during the ceremony of sound, guests are encouraged to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and any props that aid relaxation.
Tania Saenz has been teaching yoga and sound healing since 2018, sharing her practice throughout California's Central Coast and Central Valley. Her spiritual journey, however, began long before she started teaching.
Early on as a studies, Tania discovered the profound healing, growth, and inner transformation that yoga can bring. Sound healing soon followed naturally, as she recognized its potential as another powerful tool for helping others.
These realizations gave rise to her life's purpose, to support healing through the connection of mind, body, and spirit, expressed through the practices of asana and sound healing.
