9D BREATHWORK JOURNEY
In person group sessions
Sunday April 19th @ 3:00 PM
9D Breathwork is a powerful, immersive somatic experience that combines conscious connected breathing with multidimensional sound, guided visualization, and energetic awareness. This journey works directly with the nervous system to access and release stored stress, emotional patterns, and unresolved trauma held in the body and subconscious mind.
Through breath, sound, and intentional guidance, participants are supported in moving beyond the thinking mind into deeper states of awareness where true transformation occurs. Each session is designed to help reset the stress response, increase emotional resilience, and create space for clarity, insight, and reconnection to one’s authentic self.
This experience supports physical relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual integration, meeting each participant exactly where they are. The depth of the journey unfolds in alignment with the level you are ready to shift, allowing the body and nervous system to open, release, and integrate at a pace that feels safe and supportive, leaving many feeling grounded, expanded, and more connected to themselves. No prior breathwork experience is required.
Cost: $65 (register)

Quartz crystal singing bowls help to induce Theta brainwaves which promote healing in the physical body, regulate the nervous system, and usher in a state of calm and peace. The frequencies of the bowls also match the chakra system, causing our personal energies to be cleared and rebalanced. This brings us into a state of harmony, wellbeing, and alignment.
These are just some of the benefits of a crystal bowl sound bath:
*reduce stress and anxiety
*lower blood pressure
*improve sleep
*reduce muscle tension
*strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system

CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND BATH & MEDITATION
SUNDAY April 19th @ 7:00 PM
Join Cynthia, Empathic Intuitive Energy Healer, for an hour long sound healing journey. Immerse yourself in the frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls. The harmonic resonance and vibrations of the bowls help to induce different healing states for all of our bodies: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. These states can regulate the nervous system and usher in a state of calm and relaxation. Each of her bowls align with one of the body's energy centers (chakras). By allowing our systems to be fully immersed in these tones we allow for our energies to be cleared, shifted, aligned and rebalanced. The frequencies they produce help our energy fields to shift out lower vibrations and open to higher, more transformational ones. This brings us into a state of harmony, wellbeing and alignment with our higher selves and Source. Cynthia channels energy for the group while playing each sound bath. The energies and sounds of the bowls can shift depending on what the group needs at that time. This means that every sound bath is a unique experience.
Cost: $35 (registration required)
